Make the finish area feel like a festival so that participants can't wait for next year
Get your sponsors get what they ask for and keep happy and ready for next year's event
Create an Event Timeline and Check List so nothing is forgotten
Help with site selection
Create an event layout, which includes all the elements needed
Arrange for all of the Event elements including: canopies, tables, chairs, booths, scaffolds, electrical power, décor, pennants, VIP area, banners, bungee poles, restrooms, security, trash removal and more
Help coordinate road closures and crowd control
We handle the details of your festival area so you can concentrate on building relationships not moving tables and chairs. Your volunteers can show up at a decent hour and be friendly not tired!
