THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON

Scottie Roach and Theresa Collins are the two best Camp Directors in the world. They have worked together in the camping industry for over 25 years. They are great at their jobs and great with kids, but more importantly they are great people. Together they create a fun, caring, and nurturing camp experience for all of our campers. They love what they do and it shows!

We don’t put the kids on buses for two hours a day; we bring all the fun to them. We want them to have a total camp experience in one fun place.

Parents will do just about anything for their kids.

My greatest asset and blessing is my son. He went to Camp James every summer when he was young and he loved it. Now he works part-time as a counselor. Like all kids, he can’t wait for summer…school is out and Camp James starts! Here he can swim and slide at Wild Rivers, drive go-carts and dune buggies, create crafts and meet new friends. What could be better?

Whoever said the acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree was right. I’d like to be going to camp with him.
