The Beach can be a great place for a Company Picnics or Luaus and we certainly do many every summer. There are lots of hurdles and safety concerns that need to be
considered when doing Company Picnics and Luaus at the Beach. So when comparing a
Public Beach to one of our great Private Parks, keep the following in mind.
*Dates are limited.
*Cost of required permit.
*There must always be some public access to your reserved area
*Parking fee paid by guests not included approx $8 – 12 per car.
*Seating limited or none.
*Amplified sound is a problem.
*Generally not enough beach restrooms.
*Some have electricity but it is limited
*Park ranger fees.
*Cost of bringing in canopies for shade.
*Cost of bringing in tables and chairs
*Most Beachs do not allow Alcholic beverage service.
*Swimmers and water safety.
